Classic rapeseed oil made from pure passion
Vieno is not just any ordinary brand: Vieno means passion and the absolute conviction that only the best possible food should be on our plates and tables.
To make this happen, the Vieno Pure Classic rapeseed oil is only then placed on the supermarket shelf once it has been tested and approved by the LVA (Lebensmitelversuchsanstalt in Klosterneuburg).
And because our responsibility doesn't stop with the oil, we fill the Vieno Pure Classic rapeseed oil in a bottle made from renewable raw material, namely sugar cane. It is 100% plastic-free and therefore 100% sustainable.
How it tastes
Seedy, nutty taste, particularly suitable for marinating salads and for gentle steaming and frying
It fits that
Deep-frying, boiling and roasting. The virgin oil can also be used for hot dishes. It also creates wonderful sauces, dressings and marinades.
Good to know
Rapeseed oil consists of a high proportion of vitamin A and vitamin E as well as proteins and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Rapeseed oil is therefore one of the healthiest vegetable oils there is.
